Privacy Policy

This website, everydayflow.life, is operated by Everyday Flow, Malmö, Sweden. Everyday Flow is the data controller for any personal data processed through this website.

This website does not currently collect personal information through forms, accounts, analytics or advertising tools, and it does not use cookies for tracking.

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address and the content of your message.

Information you send by email is used only to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to us (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, or longer where required by Swedish law, for example accounting rules.

Like any website, our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses in server logs, which is needed to deliver the site securely. This information is not used by Everyday Flow to identify visitors. The site also loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may similarly process your IP address as part of delivering those files.

Products from Everyday Flow, such as FlowSet, have their own privacy policies describing how they handle data. This policy covers only the everydayflow.life website.

Under the GDPR you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@everydayflow.life.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), imy.se.

If we introduce services such as analytics or contact forms, this policy will be updated before they are used. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
